Kundalini Activation?
- Kundalini Activation is the awakening of your vital energy, a transmission to awaken your energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual fields.
- It is also an activation that opens your consciousness. It is an internal dance where your body, mind, and soul become one.

Kundalini
Self-Activation
You can only facilitate sessions for others in a safe and profound way if you have also experienced this energetic process. Self-activation is a key part of this training, which is why you will receive 3 self-activations.
You will learn:
- How to direct, cultivate, activate, and manage Kundalini energy within your body.
- How to explore building a relationship between your body and the energy.
- The theory of Kundalini energy to understand the nature of this energy and what happens in each session.
- Different experiences and contexts of Kundalini energy activation, as well as guidance to confidently hold the energetic field for yourself and others.
Connection with Kundalini Energy
The best way to work with Kundalini energy is to receive tools to build a relationship with it. Your abilities as a channel and facilitator do not depend on transmissions and self-activations through another person. Although it is a popular belief, it is not true. There are no intermediaries between you and the divine energy.
You will learn:
- Simple methods to connect with and transmit Kundalini energy.
- The step-by-step process for giving a session.
- Safety, cleansing, and protection to center and care for your energy.
- Practices during the in-person and online (distance) training.
Activation of Gifts
Each person works with energy in a unique way. It is exhausting to try to learn to work with energy the way others do. Comparison and trying to do what others do will only lead to frustration, confusion, and lower your vibration. You need the space and permission to work with energy in your own way.
